SALON POLICIES

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING


Out of respect to your stylist, if you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. After three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.  However, you may be considered as a walk-in.  

LATE POLICY


Please call if you’re running late to your appointment. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled.

 

INFANT & CHILD POLICY


For the comfort and experience of our clients, finding temporary child care for our cherubs will ensure yours, as well as others experience, to be a relaxing and rewarding one. 

If a child is having a hair service, tending to the child quietly proves to be a rewarding experience.
